21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER
3' LINE PURPOSES

5 WHEREAS, William J. Cagney, a single man, as to an un-
6 divided one -half interest, and JAMES CAGNEY as Trustee as to the
7 remainder, have executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach
8 an Easement which grants to the City an easement in and over that
9 certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange,'
10 City of Newport Beach, described as follows;
11 An easement for sewer line purposes over that
portion of Lots"A and B as shown on a map,
121 Filed in Book 9, Page 1� of Parcel Maps in the
Office of-the County Recorder of Orange County,
13 California, being a strip of land ten feet wide,
the Southeasterly line of which is described as
14 follows:
151 Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said
Lot A; thence South 39° 59' 41" West along the
16 Southeasterly line of said Lot A and the South-
easterly line of said Lot B and its Southwesterly
17 prolongation, a distance of 407.58 feet.
18i The Northwesterly line of said 10 feet strip is
to be prolonged Northeasterly to-terminate in the
19 Northeasterly line of said Lot A.

20 SUBJECT TO all covenants, rights, rights of way
and easements of record;

23 VMM=S, it is to the interest of the City to accept
241 said Easement;
25� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Easement is
26 hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to

271 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
28 to its recording and to record said document in the County Recorder
29 office.

held at the regular meeting place thereof, on thellth day of December , 1967,
