A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP FOR
RESUBDIVISION NO. 581 AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF A PORTION OF WEST COAST HIGHWAY
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach a Parcel Map for Resubdivision
No. 581 (700 West Coast Highway, on the northerly side of
West Coast Highway opposite Bayshores); and
WHEREAS, Franchise Realty Interstate Corporation has
offered for dedication to the City a 12 -foot wide strip of
land for street and highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Parcel
Map and the offer of dedication, and finds that the approval
of the Parcel Map and the acceptance of the offer of dedication
to be in the best interests of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said Parcel Map is approved
and the offer of dedication is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to execute the certificate on said Map \
consistent herewith and approving the signature omissions per
Section 66436(b)(1) of the Subdivision Map Act.
ADOPTED this 12th day of March 1979.
