A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF
AN EASEMENT FOR BICYCLE TRAIL AND SIDEWALK
PURPOSES AS A CONDITION OF APPROVAL OF RESUB-
DIVISION NO. 583 (Southwesterly Corner of
Jamboree Road and Campus Drive)
WHEREAS, the California Canadian Bank has made an
offer of dedication of an easement at the southwesterly
corner of Jamboree Road and Campus Drive as a condition of
approval of Resubdivision No. 583, said easement to be used
for sidewalk and bicycle trail purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the offer
of dedication of said easement at the southwesterly corner of
Jamboree Road and Campus Drive, and finds that the acceptance
of the above - described offer of dedication to be in the best
interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that said offer of dedication
above - described is hereby accepted.
