RESOLUTION NO. gr96 <br />• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN OFF -SITE PARKING <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH <br />AND MANTO, BRADY ENTERPRISES, INC., DBA LASTRADA, <br />IN CONNECTION WITH USE PERMIT NO. 1908 <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach a. certain Off -Site Parking Agreement <br />between the City of Newport Beach and Manto, Brady Enterprises, <br />Inc., dba LaStrada, in connection with Use Permit No. 1908; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms and <br />conditions of said agreement and finds them to be satisfactory <br />and that it would be in the best interest of the City to <br />authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach that said contract above described <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the <br />City of Newport Beach. <br />ADOPTED this 25th <br />• ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />lPD�BD AS 0R*11NAL <br />... __........._--` -- -_ ........... <br />'CITY ajERK pR THE CITY OP NE BEACH <br />JUL 1 2 1979 <br />®ATEi _....._.._ ............ . -- <br />day of June ,,1979. <br />s. <br />kb <br />6/19/79 <br />
