RESOLUTION NO. 9600 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND THE <br />IRVINE COMPANY, DBA IRVINE PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT <br />COMPANY, IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPLETION OF <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED WITH TRACT NO. 10151 <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City <br />Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Subdivision <br />Agreement between the City of Newport Beach and The Irvine <br />Company, dba Irvine Pacific Development Company, in connection <br />with the completion of public improvements required with <br />Tract No. 10151; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the terms <br />and conditions of said agreement and finds them to be satisfactory <br />and that it would be in the best interest of the City to execute <br />said agreement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Newport Beach that the agreement above described is <br />approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of <br />Newport Beach. <br />ADOPTED this 10th day of <br />1979. <br />&'-e <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />A, L, <br />City Clerk <br />t�I�D faS ORIGItdd�1 <br />\ kb <br />—.... -- . ................__ ._. 7/3/79 <br />Wy CJMK OF THE CITY Of NEWKY '�" ACACH <br />JUL 12 1979 <br />
