RESOLUTION NO. 9615 <br />A RESOLUTII <br />OF NEWPORT <br />CITY CLERK <br />MOBILEHOME <br />MARINAPARK <br />)N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />TO EXECUTE A CONSENT TO SALE OF <br />AND TRAILER SPACE IN NEWPORT <br />(PATTERSON AND FOREMAN) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is a party to <br />that certain Lease Agreement with fifty -eight (58) lessees <br />of trailer spaces located in Newport Marinapark dated <br />March 23, 1976; and <br />WHEREAS, said Lease Agreement provides that the <br />lessees shall not sell, assign, exchange or convey their <br />respective mobilehomes or trailer spaces without the prior <br />written approval of the Newport Beach City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Harry C. Patterson and Marcia Patterson, <br />lessees of Mobilehome Space No. 3 -D wish to sell their interest <br />in said Mobilehome and Trailer Space No. 3 -D to Joseph Foreman <br />and Blossom Foreman; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council consents to said sale and <br />transfer of said trailer space, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized to execute a Consent to Sale of Mobilehome <br />and Trailer Space as hereinabove provided. <br />ADOPTED this 13th day of August , 1979. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />_-...6RTIFIED AS GRIGINAL <br />CITY CLER�pF THE CITY OF NCWPOR. 1ACH <br />MQ AUG 1 5 1979 <br />kb <br />8 -1 -79 <br />
