Phillip Lugar member seconded the <br />motion. Motion passes. <br />Introduction of New Members <br />Chairman Hawkins introduced and welcomed Council Member Nichols to EQAC. <br />3. Report of Subcommittee from Communications Subcommittee: EQAC Material on City <br />Website <br />There was no report because the Chairman of the subcommittee was not present. <br />4. Report from Membership Subcommittee <br />Elaine Linhoff reported on the progress of recruiting new members who expressed <br />interest in EQAC. Discussion ensued. Chairman Hawkins encouraged the members <br />present that if they were aware of someone interested in sitting on the committee to <br />forward their names to the Membership Subcommittee. <br />Chairman Hawkins called for the reordering of the Agenda to include comments from the <br />Chairman of the Communications Subcommittee who just arrived. <br />
