Minutes of May 17, 2004 <br />Motion: Chairperson Hawkins to approve minutes with recommended changes: <br />• Marinapark vote passed with change to show 9 ayes on the first vote. <br />Seconded: Dolores Offing. <br />Motion passes unanimously. <br />2. Presentation and Report from Subcommittee on Pacific Medical Plaza Draft <br />Environmental Report (DEIR) <br />Carol Hoffman, of Government Solutions, recused herself as an EQAC member, then <br />gave the presentation and responded to Committee questions. Committee <br />discussion of the subcommittee report followed. <br />Motion: Richard Rivett to adopt report with addition of comment regarding traffic <br />impacts on Old Newport Boulevard: <br />Seconded: Dolores Otting. <br />Motion passes. 12 Ayes, 1 Nay. <br />
