Discussion of EQAC review of Negative Declarations (City Council Resolution No. 2004 -39) - After discussion, there was consensus that members should monitor the case log and notify the chair if they think EQAC should review a negative declaration for a project. 4. Report from EQAC Members on GPUC — No Report 5. Report from EQAC Members on GPAC — No Report 6. Economic Development Committee (EDC) Representative's Report— Chairperson Trapp reported on the meeting of October 19, 2005 and Ms. McDermott reported on the meeting of November 16, 2005. 7. Council Member Reports — Councilmember Nichols reported on a meeting of the Aviation Committee. 8. Report from staff on Current Projects - Assistant City Manager Sharon Wood reported on the status of projects by Brookfield Homes, World Premier Investments PI and Hoag Hospital. 9.
