Mr. Afshin Etebar and Mr. Steve Shapell of ETCO Homes presented the project and
responded to questions.
3. Discussion of EQAC review of Negative Declarations (City Council Resolution No. 2004 -39) -
After discussion, there was consensus that members should monitor the case log and notify
the chair if they think EQAC should review a negative declaration for a project.

Chairperson Trapp reported on the meeting of October 19, 2005 and Ms. McDermott

8. Report from staff on Current Projects -
Assistant City Manager Sharon Wood reported on the status of projects by Brookfield
Homes, World Premier Investments PI and Hoag Hospital.
