Chairperson Cris Trapp called the meeting to order at approximately 7:15 p.m.

Motion: Sandra Haskell moved to approve the minutes as written.

Kenneth Drellishak seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously
2. Discussion of subcommittee comments on Draft Environmental Impact Report on General Plan 2006 Update —
Dolores Otting moved to approve draft comments with changes. Ray Halowski seconded the motion. Motion passed
unanimously.
3. Report from EQAC Representative to GPUC —
No report.
4. Report from EQAC Members on GPAC —
No report.
5. Economic Development Committee (EDC) Representative's Report —
Sharon Wood gave a report describing a presentation on the OC Cruiser.
6. Report from Staff on Current Projects —
Cris Trapp appointed Jack Wu as Chair of the South Coast Shipyard subcommittee.
7. Public Comments —
Dolores Otting provided the Membership Subcommittee report. The subcommittee recommended that Tom Hyans be
designated an honorary member, which would create a community association vacancy. Also, District 1 has a district
vacancy and District 7 has an at -large vacancy.
8. Future Agenda Items —
Letter of recommendation on the General Plan polices to be presented at the July 17, 2006 meeting.
9. Adjournment —
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
