Minutes of July 16, 2007 Arlene Greer moved to approve the minutes of July 16, 2007. Ray Halowski seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously 2. Presentation on Proposed Amendment to Hoag Hospital Master Plan Pace I file: / //F: /Apps /WEB DATA/[ntemet/Environmental Qual ityAffairsCommitteeAgendas /2007 /mi08- 20- 07.htm Carol McDermott of Government Solutions introduced the project team, and gave a presentation on the proposal to amend the master plan. She, Cora Newman and Debra Legan responded to questions from Committee members. Chair Drellishak requested a brief description of the Hoag Healthcare Center project, which Ms. McDermott and Ms. Legan provided. Chair Drellishak made assignments for review of DEIR sections to subcommittee members. 3. Appointment of Subcommittee to review Draft Environmental Impact Report for Hoag Healthcare Center Subcommittee members were appointed and assigned to review sections of the DEIR, as follows: Brent Cooper Bruce Asper Arlene Greer Dolores Otting Kimberly Jame Tim Stoaks Brent Cooper Air Quality Aesthetics Hazards Hazards son Noise Transportation Transportation 4. Report from Energy Subcommittee Laura Dietz reported on her meeting with Building Director Jay Elbettar. The Committee discussed the need for a subcommittee work program and timeline. 5. Economic Development Committee (EDC) Representative's Report Chair Drellishak reported thatthere was no meeting in August. 6.
