Three firms ranked the highest based on the evaluation criteria: • R. W. Block • Simpson &Simpson/Beezley • Sjoberg Evashenk R The three firms were interviewed on Nov. 4, 2015. Each firm was asked to present their mobilization plan for the first 30 days and to respond to detailed questions. Firms were evaluated on: • Strength of the designated auditor (lead) • Strength of the overall team • Cohesiveness of the mobilization plan • Responses to 7 questions Based on the results of the interview process, the highest ranked firm was RW Block. • RW Block's presentation was excellent • References were effusive in their assessment of Block's services, responsiveness and professionalism • All 3 finalists estimated the cost of Phase 1 to be in the same range of approx. $100K • Anticipated fee equal to 0.5% (compared to 1% forecast) : QUESTIONS? 4,
