Re: Agenda Item No. 3- Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2015-35 for
Zoning Code Amendment CA2012-003
Please note that there are two minor errors in the recitals of Ordinance No. 2015-
35 that require correction. The corrections are shown below.
On page 3-7 of the staff report (Attachment A):
“Section 1: The recitals provided above are true and correct and are incorporated into the operative part of this resolution ordinance.” On page 3-8 of the staff report (Attachment A):
“Section 8: If any section, subsection …. be declared invalid or
unconstitutional.”
Staff will incorporate these changes into the final ordinance.
