All rehabilitation and <br />repairs shall include, but are not limited to the following new items: ADA -compliant toilets, <br />showers with glass doors, safety grab bars, shower wands, sink, vanity, mirror, hard surface <br />flooring, paint, and lighting ("Improvements") as more particularly described in the Scope of <br />abotwblank 08/22/2016 <br />
