RESOLUTION NO. 1 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed dated the /� day of 04..7 c_ , 1931, between the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation, as Grantor, and the Wilshire Oil Company, Irc, a corporation, as Grantee; and WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach, in said Grant Deed mentioned, grants to the Wilshire Oil Company, Inc. , a corporation, all that certain real property situate in the County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to —wit: Commencing at the most northerly corner of the parcel of land as described in deed to the City of Newport Beach recorded in Book 403, page 137 of Deeds, Records of said Orange County; thence from said point of beginning S. 170 321 W., along the northwesterly line of the said parcel of land, a distance of 94.81 feet to a point on a curve corn ave to the Southeast, having a radius of 450 feet, a line radial to this curve at this point bears S. 520 051 19" E.; thence northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 450 feet, through.an angle of 130 361 2291, a distance of 106.86 feet to its intersection with a north- easterly line of said parcel of land as described in said Deed Book 403, page 137; thence N. 720 281 W., along said northeasterly line, a distance of 48.77 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel of land is a portion of Lot 172 of Block 1 of Irvine's Subdivision, as shown on map recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps, Records of said Orange County. And WHEREAS, said Grant Deed has been duly submitted to the City attorney of the City of Newport Beach, and said City Attorney has reported that the same is correct as to form. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said Grant Deed be executed in duplicate on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, by and through its Mayor and City Clerk, and that one copy there- of be forthwith forwarded to the Wilshire Oil Company, Inc., a corporation at �s Ar�cic %s���io�r��c� , and that one copy thereof be filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach.
