Staff has no objection to the request and staff recommends continuing the item to
July 9, 2020.

Hi Jim & Melinda:
Per my discussion with Jim Campbell and Seimone Jurgis yesterday afternoon, we request that our
project be removed from the next Planning Commission hearing on June 18, 2020 to the July 9, 2020
meeting date. We would like to use the additional time to do some further outreach to the Big Canyon
homeowners and their HOA Board. Please confirm that the hearing on this project has been
rescheduled to July 9, 2020.
